  • Security cameras and armed guards are available upon request. 

• All items are set up in a clean, organized manner and are professionally tagged with item identification to prevent ticket switching during the sale.

• Specialty items - such as antiques, gems, and precious metals - are liquidated through top-paying private venues.
   
• Photographs and videos are taken and used to market the items in the home. We will also arrange for advertising in the newspaper, social media, and web sites aimed at potential buyers.

• Aurora Estate Sales creates a warm, friendly atmosphere for shoppers to enjoy.
   
• Our team will oversee the sale and negotiate with shoppers.
   
• We maintain a single point of purchase where transactions are completed and money is collected.
   
• All major credit cards are accepted.

• Tables disassembled and removed (if security cameras were requested, those will be removed as well).
   
• Funds are tallied and and inventory of items sold is generated for your records.
   
• We assist in creating access to the home for large item pick-up.
   
• We can also assist in the donation of unsold items and/or a clean out service at your request.
  • Any unsold furnishings or specialty items may remain on consignment.
